Payment of our Fees
Due to the number of services we offer it is difficult to have one particular fees policy. We will always send you our terms and conditions when you register with us but we know how boring they can be. So at the bottom of this page we have summed up our polices regarding fees for our individual services.
Pre-Pay
For clients who prefer not to use our automated payment system we offer a pre-pay service where clients provide us with a credit or debit card which we will charge 24 to 48 hours prior to their appointment.
You may still cancel or amend your appointment without charge by providing us with at 24 hours notice.
Individual Service Fees Explained
Consultations
If you have been offered a consultation with one of our psychologists we politely ask that our invoice is settled 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we have not received payment by this time, your appointment may be cancelled.
You may cancel or amend your appointment without charge by providing us with at least 24 hours notice (during practice opening hours).
Assessments
Fees for the assessment are due in advance to confirm your appointments.
Cancellations or amendments to any assessment appointment within 48 hours are charged at £100.
Counselling and Therapy Services
To enable us to book your appointments we require the bill payer to confirm their preferred payment method with us. This can be done on our website on register page.
Therapy
Once your appointment has been confirmed we will send you an invoice for the fees by email which we politely ask is settled at least 7 days prior to your appointment. If we have not received payment by this time, your appointment may be cancelled.
To cancel or amend your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice otherwise a fee of £100 will be due.
Tutoring
A block booking of minimum 10 sessions is required. Once the booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice for the fees by email which we politely ask is settled at least 7 days prior to your appointment. If we have not received payment by this time, your appointment may be cancelled.
If the session needs to be cancelled by the client or tutor due to illness or any other unavoidable circumstances, an alternative session will be offered. To cancel your scheduled session booking we would require at least 2 weeks notice, otherwise the fee for the total hours will be payable.
